Doughnuts

Ingredients needed:

750 gr. Flour
Fresh yeast
1tblsp cooking oil
500 ml. Milk
3 egg yolks
3 tabspns sugar
1 tbspn rum

 
How to prepare: 

Mix yeast in warm milk with little sugar and flour and allow to rise ona warm place. Mix yolks with sugar and oil, rum add rising yeast and mix medium soft dough. Leave dough to rise. When dough has risen spread dough into layer and cut dough nuts using round cutter or glass upside down. Leave them to rise once more. Fry in hot oil. When ready sprinkle with some ising sugar.
