THE FOUNDING FATHER OF CONTEMPORARY TIMES

Alexander III the Macedonian, known as a Great, Iskender, Gulalkarnin, Sikider, Mukdon, was on 22 July, 356 BC in Pela, the capital city of Kingdom of Macedonia. The son of the “Greatest man in eorope” - PhilipII the Macedonian. The Athenian and orator Demosten said the following:” He is no Hellene, nor is he in kingship with the hellenes...but he is worthless Macedonian:, in his III Phillipika, Chapter 31 of the translated text of the original greek one.

The old Hellene Isokrat had a similar view, because in his 108-109 speech he said that Phillip did not belong to any Hellenic clan. Phillip was son of Aminta Alexandrov, whom was believed to be from Ohrid, i.e. Trebeniste, MAcedonia where a tombstone with the inscription: “Aminta Alexander Haire”. was discovered. History has proved that he was the son of Evridika from Bitola,i.e. Linkestida, where a city named Heraklea existed.. There is no material evidence to suggest that the well known ALexander III, son of the macedonia Phillip, called himself or was called by someone else in his time a Hellene, as some speculators try to confirm nowadays.

Alexander the Macedonian was the founding father of modern times and through the Macedonian philosophy he interpreted the world as a macrocosm and a microcosm, contrary to the Hellenic Philosophy, with its idea and vision of justice in the boundaries of the “polis”, (city-state) only. Alexander was the first to create a hypothetical united world in which everyone have hhis own choice and rights as well as government, religion, monetary system, economics, collective, defence, common language for mutual understanding (“Koine”), common alphabet etc. Through his enormous empire a lot of things were done like: the codification of law, uniting of nations and the development sciences. His visons laid a pathway for a different view on the world and the influence he had on Rome during the 170 years of the Roman-Macedonian war was later transferred from Rome to Europe.

History has shown that Alexander III was the 22nd Macedonian king, starting with the first one Karan (825 i.e. 814 BC). During the reign of the second king, Koin, Athenswas formed as a small city (776 BC) and Ronme was founded (753 BC), during the reign of the forth king. All this leads to a conclusin that Macedonia is the oldest county in the Europe. It was united by Perdika (720 BC) who lived with a Macedonian King in Lebeya, Upper Macedonia.

Alexander III died in 10 (13th) June 323 BC in Babylon, and his grave has not been discovered yet. There had been five Macedonian Kings named Alexander. As an ally of Persia, he used diplomatic cunning before the battle for Plateya and later on even the Athenians themselves called Alexander “Philhelle: i.e.a devotee of the Hellenes, because he was Athen’s donator. There was many speculations regarding the matter of Alexander, nevertheeless a lot of documentations and evidence suggest that he was a pride Macedonian and he had an extraordinarymind. A vision of the world. Alexander the Macedonian wanted to conquer Asia and the whole world. He believed Asia to be end of the earth. He had done an idea of bringing together all nations who would live in peace and make progress with mutural co-operation.
Although he dies young, at the age of 33, he remains to play the greatest eternal role in human history.
All of Macedonia is proud to have such a King.
