How to prepare:
Heat the butter in pan, add
semolina and nuts and cook stirring for about 5-7
minures or until semolina is browned.Combine the sugar
and the water and stir over heat(do not boil the
mixure). Simmer for 5 min. Gradually add hot syrup to
semolina mixure and stir over low heat until smooth. Let
it to sool down for 15 min covered, that place it in
greased cake pan. Stand the alva for couple of minutes
than turn onto a serving plate cutting as desired.
